Q: What is the shelf life of can ed bread in terms of years
A:I bought about two years ago, the "use by" date is still two years from now. Anecdotally I would say I've kept it, and it's been good, for the better part of ten years. It's something I buy in bulk because it's good for just about any meal or for toasting for breakfast.
